Many of our fascinators, haircombs and hats are customisable i.e. you can choose your own colours from our colour chart.
There is no extra charge for using this service.
Customised goods are NOT returnable.
The colour swatches are an aid in helping you to customise many of our products to your own specification.
Please note that, if an items description states that there is no customisation option available, then you cannot customise the design of said item.
How to Customise your own Item
Customising your own design is simple.
- Choose the item from the drop-down menu that you desire - specifying either hair comb or headband if they are available and add the item to your shopping cart.
- Choose up to 3 colours with which to customise your chosen item e.g. fabric - red sinamay, feathers - red & black.
- Follow the payment process until you reach the Paypal page.
- Within the Paypal section, you will find a text box titled "Notes to Seller".
- Add your colour options into the "Notes to Seller" text box.
- If you are paying by cheque/postal order, please send these details along with your payment.
